The foundatýon of the hotel YUSUF YIGITOGLU KONAGI began with the restauration of an existing 19th Century residence to which another three houses were added that had been carved out of the rock in ancient times. Cappadocia has been admired as a MIRACLE OF NATURE since the 5th Century B.C. For the total building complex, ornamental elements have been chosen so as to perpetuate Ottoman traditions.
Our guests may enjoy breakfasts or dinners, or a glass of local wine in the quiet atmosphere of a typical Cappadocian carved cave, resembling the structural traditions of the towns of Goreme, Ortahisar and Urgup itself.
Our mansion hotel offers 10 deluxe rooms and 4 suites, all decorated individually to please varying tastes. All our rooms and suites have hot and cold water, bathtubs (in 4 of the rooms there is a whirlpool bathtub for your enjoyment), WC, satellite TV, wireless high speed Internet connection, direct telephone line, audio broadcast facility, a minibar, central heating and a progammable safe for our guests’ valuables.
